By purchasing personal training services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Health Considerations: It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program. You should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns to your trainer. No Guarantees: While we strive to provide effective training, results may vary based on individual effort, adherence to the program, and personal health factors. We do not guarantee specific results. Cancellation Policy: All sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the trainer. 3-Month Commitment: A minimum commitment of three months is required for personal training services to ensure consistent progress and long-term results. Expiration of Sessions: Purchased sessions must be used within a specified time frame (e.g., 30 days from the date of purchase). Unused sessions will expire after this period. Liability Waiver: You agree to release and hold harmless the trainer and affiliated entities from any claims, injuries, or damages related to your participation in personal training sessions. Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you agree to the payment terms outlined at the time of purchase.
